This is Raghu Syamala from Pittsburgh, PA. We recently bought a Bank Owned Single Family Home Property in Osprey FL area. As expected it had repairs. I flied to Osprey couple of times to coordinate the repairs, but it proved TOUGH. In one of those visits - I used to think – If I had a Good Property Management firm which will take care of these repairs that would make my life little bit easy. I came across Diane Skelly working for Stringer Management. I explained to her what my expectations were and what kind of property management service I am looking for. I would like to take a moment a say what a great experience I have had renting from Stringer Management. I have never worked with a company before that is as compassionate and dedicated to their tenants. Anytime I would need service they responded and had someone out to fix the problem immediately. Also due to some medical issues with my family, we were unable to renew our lease. I am writing to recommend Ms. Tanya Izzo for her fine efforts in managing the property my wife and I rented for the last three years. From our initial meeting with Ms. Izzo, we were always treated properly and respectfully. While there were very few issues that arose during our tenancy, she was always available to address any of our needs and concerns. When issues did arise, i.e., refrigerator in need of repair or lights that were too tall for us to change, Tanya made sure their crews were here to resolve the issue. In fact, on the day in which we moved to the villa, we noticed that the house had not been cleaned. Tanya made sure a cleaning crew was there that afternoon to clean the house. As we close out our stay in the rental property, Ms. Izzo has been most accommodating helping us resolve transition issues. She has been so receptive to our needs these past three years. I recommend her unhesitatingly!

I would like to recognize the work and time spent by Ms. Tanya Izzo (my property manager) to resolve a tenant' s issue in one of the properties, she was Diligent and professional. I've been with Stringer Mgt . since July 2016. I have nothing but good to say about this company. Everyone has been kind and very helpful. Dee has gone the extra mile to work out some issues, has always gotten back to me quickly, and sent a person for repairs as quickly as possible. I think what some people need to remember is that Stringer is your go between, they do not own these properties. If the owner doesn't wish to invest in certain things, that's just the way it is. That is not the management company's decision. I hope to be able to stay with Stringer Management and Dee as long as I'm renting. Thanks to everyone at Stringer Management!

Being out of state owners, we have peace of mind knowing that Stringer is managing our property, has been diligent in keeping our expenses down, while still keeping our tenant happy at the same time. Stringer also expedites the disbursement of funds each month, which is greatly appreciated.
